As a Senior Project Manager for Cold Storage/Food and Beverage, you will be responsible for coordinating conceptual budgets and schedules for large, complex food and beverage or cold storage clients. You will be reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications, developing scope and bidding documents, contracting subcontractors and material suppliers, and coordinating project information with various consultants and trades, amongst other things.
The ideal candidate would have at least 7 years of experience successfully managing large construction projects, with at least 3-5 of those projects being Food and Beverage or Cold Storage related. We are looking for someone who is customer focused and comfortable with owner interactions. The right candidate would also have knowledge of food facilities GMP and familiarity with IARW, CEBA, and other food process/cold storage organizations .
