At WDS, our interns are exposed to the full gamut of general contracting.

Interns will shadow and assist with estimating, project management, and our superintendents in the field.

You won’t just be pushing a broom or running the copy machine with us. Buckle up for a summer full of learning, hard work, and falling even more in love with construction.

// Special Services & Trades

The WDS Special Services Division started in the Fall of 2021. It was only a matter of weeks until we landed the first job, and we’ve been going full steam ever since.

We handle tricky projects from the solution-finding stages through to implementation and completion.

The roles in the Special Services Division (SSD) are all about hands-on problem-solving and getting the job done. No day will ever be the same –that’s what we love about it (& you will too!).

I worked with WDS before I actually worked for WDS, so I always knew it was a great company. The day I started, it immediately felt like a family, and that hasn’t changed a bit! WDS continues to grow in many ways. One of the best parts is their desire to keep employees and make them happy. I feel very privileged to have the opportunity to be part of the special services division, and I am excited to see it grow!
