The Accounting Specialist will process credit card statements. Monitor, review, code credit card submissions and import transactions into ERP system. Responsibilities also include reviewing and approving subcontractor pay applications, connecting with subcontractors via phone/email and assisting them with any billing or payment questions and issues. Other duties as assigned.
Candidates should have 2+ years of accounting experience. Background in construction is preferred but not required. You should also possess attention to detail, organization, the ability to multi-task, strong communication and computer skills.
