WDS Construction is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead a variety of commercial construction projects such as retail, cold storage, food and beverage, education, and more. This full-time role is responsible for managing all phases of construction, including budgeting, purchasing, scheduling, cost control, and subcontractor coordination.
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in a general contracting Project Manager role, a solid understanding of construction trades, and the ability to read blueprints. A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred but not required. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills are essential, and some travel to job sites is expected.
