As a Project Manager, you’ll lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, helping deliver high-quality projects for clients across a variety of industries, including retail, cold storage, food & beverage, education, healthcare and more.

What You’ll Do
- Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from kickoff through completion
- Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules & cost controls
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, & project teams
- Lead project purchasing & procurement activities
- Review plans, specifications & project documents
- Maintain strong communication with clients, architects, engineers & field teams
- Identify/resolve project challenges while maintaining quality, safety & profitability
- Travel to project sites as needed
What We’re Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager with a general contractor
- Strong understanding of commercial construction methods & trades
- Ability to read & interpret blueprints and construction documents
- Excellent leadership, communication & organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred
