As WDS’ staff steadily grew, we decided that it was time for a new office space. WDS utilized our skilled tradespeople to design and execute the entire project from pre-construction to general contractor duties. We started with a site evaluation of an empty cornfield, which we soon turned into a state-of-the-art office space. Our primary goal with this new building was it would grow with us for years to come. We wanted the space to include elements of lateral light, high ceilings, and refurbished wood. This vision resulted in our 27,600 square foot office building in Beaver Dam, WI. The office features an equipment yard, a patio, a training room, a workout facility, conference rooms, a kitchen, a bar, and a game room.
WDS’ work on this project earned the ABC-WI Silver Project of Distinction Award. This award highlights the quality and professionalism of merit construction projects by ABC of Wisconsin members.
