WDS performed an update to the existing Biolife building in Greenfield, Wisconsin. For this project, WDS provided Pre-Construction, Design/Build, and General Contractor services. The 16,853 square foot project included an entirely new façade and a new parking lot. For a new parking lot to be built, the rear portion of the building was demoed to gain the needed space. A tight schedule combined with restrictions during the pandemic provided challenges throughout the process, but WDS overcame them to successfully complete the project.
