We are thrilled to announce the successful completion of another remarkable project in collaboration with Biolife Plasma Services in Pewaukee, WI, by WDS Construction!
Our team has successfully transformed a former beautician salon in Pewaukee, WI, into a cutting-edge facility for BioLife Plasma Services. Spanning an impressive 14,708 square feet, this tenant improvement project involved meticulous planning and execution to ensure that it met the unique requirements and surpassed the expectations of BioLife Plasma Services.
Our team persevered through the challenges presented by the middle of winter. Despite the adverse weather conditions, we remained on track and delivered outstanding results. This accomplishment is a testament to our team’s resilience and unwavering commitment to project success.
Notably, this project required special coordination with the local airport due to the building’s location in the landing/takeoff path for aircraft. Throughout the RTU and freezer condenser installation, our team collaborated closely with the airport authorities to ensure a smooth and safe process, minimizing any disruptions to the airport’s operations.
