Installation of IMP ceiling over a food production line //

This project also required the demolition of a grid ceiling system, cleaning of bar joists and roof deck, and removal of abandoned steam, water, and process lines along with new lights and fire protection heads. The project occurred during a 1-week time plant shutdown requiring the WDS team to complete half of the ceiling installed to allow for fork truck traffic to other production lines. After the corridor opened, WDS had 1 more week to finish the remaining scope above the production line. This project started from a conceptual budget which was revised multiple times over the course of 18 months until it was kicked off.
