WDS Construction Promotes Kidd

Adam Kidd

WDS Construction, Inc., a Beaver Dam-based commercial general contractor serving 48 states, announced the promotion of Adam Kidd to Senior Project Manager.

Kidd joined WDS in 2018 and his work has had an influence locally, serving as project manager for the Holiday Inn Express, Central Wisconsin Christian School, Stone Terrace Residential Care and Cambria-Friesland School District projects.  Across the country, Kidd managed WDS’s expansion for Allmand Brothers, a division of Briggs and Stratton, in Nebraska, as well as the Marshalls Retail project in Indiana.

“Adam has proven to be an asset to the WDS family,” said Tom White, director of operations for WDS. “Past project owners request Adam for their upcoming projects and he is held in high regard by his teammates. He exhibits our core values of hungry, humble and loyal in his daily tasks and his projects are managed meticulously. We look forward to his continued success and watching him grow into this new role.”

As Senior Project Manager Kidd will oversee project schedules and budgets, coordinate subcontractors, and be responsible for mentoring WDS’s junior level project management team.

Kidd holds a construction management degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and has 15 years of construction experience in the educational, hospitality, industrial, medical and retail industries.
