WDS was commissioned to build a 171,200 square foot cold storage facility for Beaver Dam Cold Storage in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin. The facility holds -10 degree freezer storage, 34 degrees cooler storage, and 10 shipping docks at 17 degrees.
WDS successfully built a 30,000 square foot store for LIDL Grocery despite a slew of setbacks surrounding losing 1/3rd of the production time, weather conditions, and relocating existing utilities and powerlines.
WDS updated our own office space from the ground up, creating a 27,600 square foot building that not only fit our current needs but allowed us room to grow in the future.
